  • The extremely unique Sumi Ink selvedge denim from Naked & Famous is made from an indigo 13oz selvedge denim fabric that has been coated black in sumi ink. Sumi ink is the ink of choice for many Japanese calligraphers and artists thanks to its rich black color and slick texture. With wear, the black ink will fade to reveal the original indigo color of the jeans, creating a unique fading sequence of black, to indigo, to white. Please note that these jeans fade incredibly fast and thus, are prone to more color transfer than most jeans.
