Junior Photographer
Position Overview:
Blue Owl is looking for a motivated Junior Photographer to join our growing Creative team. This position will assist in the photography of Blue Owl’s extensive product catalog, as well as photo retouching and studio prep. The ideal candidate must demonstrate knowledge of basic studio photography skills and possess strong multi-tasking skills, an innate attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Photography and retouching of Blue Owl’s extensive product catalog
- Adhere to Blue Owl’s photography standards in order to keep images consistent and reshoots to a minimum
- Keep files properly organized and named so to be easily found
- Utilize and maintain provided studio equipment including cameras, lights, backgrounds, and displays
- Keep studio clean and organized at all times
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of digital studio photography and photo editing experience
- Knowledge of studio lighting and equipment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Keen interest in men’s fashion
- Strong independent work ethic, time management skills, and organizational abilities
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Sales Associate; Part-Time & Full-Time
Blue Owl Workshop is looking for an outgoing Sales Associate to join our growing team. The Sales Associate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, provide product information, and work as part of the Blue Owl Workshop team to ensure customers receive a rewarding shopping experience at the Fremont showroom.
Weekend availability (both Saturday and Sunday) required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in locating merchandise and tailoring the shopping experience to specific customer needs
- Maintain high levels of product and inventory knowledge
- Assist in processing, replenishing and monitoring floor stock
- Uphold merchandise presentation standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years sales experience in a similar field
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written
- Keen interest in men's fashion, particularly selvedge denim, and/or workwear inspired
- Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills and organizational abilities
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be willing to work weekends
Bonus:
- Proficiency and/or experience using sewing machines
- Experience working with e-commerce
- Foreign language fluency
