The "Deep Blue Monster" collaboration of 2014 was a limited installment of Japan Blue's original 16.5oz "Monster" fabric in a double indigo dye. This was the second collaboration version of this fabric, making use of a broken twill that resulted in striking vertical fades. This particular pair, worn by Tommy McAlister serves as an example of some of the incredible results achieved by this fabric, with notable signs of wear along the top block and knees after just 13 months.
