MOMOTARO
ER007-MB 15oz "Grand Indigo" Selvedge Denim

worn 2 years
soaks 1 // washes 3
worn by Jay Doughten
date accepted 1/2/15

The fabled "Grand Indigo" denim from Momotaro was a staple for the Okayama denim label, prior to being discontinued in 2013. With over 720 wears over a 2 year period, these jeans became a second skin for Blue Owl Workshop's own Jay Doughten. The significant wear shows off the iconic sea green color that the "Grand Indigo" fabric became known for, as well as the Crescent Moon detailing on the back pockets -- an homage to Momotaro's Copper Label series.
