Japanese for “Strange Beast,” the Kaiju Monster Selvedge was a 16.5oz fabric from Naked & Famous that featured a heavy slub and tough texture. While only worn for 8 months, the fabric’s slubby characteristic is already visible in Marshall Thomas’ pair. They were worn nearly everyday in a poster printing shop, as evidenced by many permanent paint stains. These, along with some home repair work, give this pair a very unique look.
