Founded in 2015, KESTIN was established with a vision to redefine modern Scottish design with founder Kestin Hare drawing on decades of fashion industry experience to create his namesake label:⁠ ⁠

"I’ve always been interested in fashion and design, coming from a creative family it’s in my blood. Growing up, nobody was better or more well put together than my grandad Bill who ran pubs in Leith, a proper gent... I knew I had to play to my strengths and went straight into studying for a degree in Fashion & Design, and then moved to London to work for and learn from the biggest brands and designers."⁠ ⁠

High quality, unique fabrics and yarns are the foundation of KESTIN. The Fall/Winter collection features a fabric assortment of cozy wool-blends from Italy, plus durable canvas, recycled cotton, and more from world-renowned mills across Europe. ⁠ ⁠

Seasonal design inspiration looks to British Military garb with statement pieces like the Ormiston Jacket and Durness Sweatshirt, with a color palette of greens, browns, and greys equally suited for the backdrops of Scotland and the Pacific Northwest.⁠ ⁠
