Orders

When will my order ship? All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order, followed by tracking that can be used to find your estimated delivery date.
Do you have any coupons or discount codes? We strive to maintain a fair price for our customers and our brands, and for that reason, do not offer regular coupons or discount codes. The best way to find out about active sales or promotions is by signing up for our email list, which can be found here.
Do you price match? Unfortunately, we do not offer price matching at this time.
What methods of payment do you accept? We accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal. We also accept payment via Blue Owl gift cards, or with our BOW Points rewards program. All prices and associated fees are charged in US Dollars. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept split payments online.
Can I call and place an order over the phone? Unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders. All orders must be placed online or in-person at our Seattle retail store.

Shipping

How will my order ship? Orders are shipped worldwide via the following carriers: United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, DHL. Packages are shipped priority (unless otherwise stated) and typically take 2-3 business days to arrive for locations within the continental United States.

The postal carrier is determined based on package weight and destination. Carrier requests are subject to availability and may result in an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, Blue Owl ships worldwide via the following carriers: United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, DHL. Shipping is free on international orders over $400 and will automatically be applied at checkout. The postal carrier is determined based on package weight and destination. Once the parcel leaves the United States, it is the responsibility of the inbound country’s mail service to continue tracking the package.

International shipments may be subject to additional taxes and import duties and are the responsibility of the importer.

How much does shipping cost? TBD
How do I track my order? As soon as your order is processed, you will be emailed a shipping notification that contains tracking information for your parcel. It can take up to 48 hours for this tracking number to update. Please note that delivery date estimates provided by the postal carrier are not guarantees, and that unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather can cause delays in transit.

Products

How do I find my size? Sizing may vary from product to product. Fit recommendations can be found on the sizing tab of the product page, along with sizing comparisons when applicable.

For the most accurate sizing, please refer to the product measurements listed on the product page’s sizing tab. All measurements are taken by our team in-house for each individual item based on the method detailed in our Measuring Guide. You can use this guide to measure items of your own and see how the fit compares to the product you are interested in.

I’m always a size 32. Why didn’t this size 32 fit me? It’s common for sizing to vary from brand to brand, and denim in particular is especially mixed. Each brand has their own method of sizing, and products can measure differently than what the tag size may indicate, which is why we provide measurements for all products carried at Blue Owl.

For example, your size 32 jeans from brand X may actually measure 34” in the waist, while a tag size 32 from brand Y measures 30”. In this situation, you’d need to size up in brand Y to the size that measures 34” in the waist to match your jeans from brand X. Use our Measuring Guide to find the true waist measurement of your jeans, and compare it to the measurements of the jeans you are interested in, or search for matching jeans with our Denim Measurement Search tool.
My size is sold out. When will it come back in-stock? We try our best to keep a good stock of inventory, but sometimes sizes sell out. The easiest way to be notified when a size comes back in-stock is to add your email to our Restock Notifications. On the product page, simply select the sold out size in question and click on the “Notify Me When In Stock” box. A restock notification will be sent to your email as soon as that size comes back in-stock.

Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to restock an item that we have previously sold.
Do you offer a warranty on your products? We stand by everything that we sell and will happily replace any item that is defective upon arrival. However, as a retailer we do not provide any warranties for items sold at Blue Owl. If your item presented an issue outside of normal wear and tear, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we will do our best to resolve the issue or put you in contact with a representative of the brand.
Can I preorder an item? Sorry, we do not accept pre-orders for items unless otherwise specified.

Services

Do you offer hemming? Yes we do. Our Chainstitch Hemming service can shorten your jeans to your desired length. Just enter your inseam length in the comments section at checkout, and the jeans will be hemmed prior to shipping.

Hemming is free on any pair of jeans purchased at Blue Owl, and available on all denim unless otherwise noted. No need to add the Chainstitch Hemming service product to your cart.

Please note that once hemmed, the item is ineligible for returns or exchanges. Please allow additional processing time on orders with hem requests.
I purchased my jeans elsewhere. Will you still hem them? Absolutely. Our Chainstitch Hemming service is a flat charge of $25 per pair on jeans purchased elsewhere, plus shipping and taxes when applicable.
Do you offer other alteration services? No, the only alteration service we offer at this time is hemming.
Do you offer gift cards? Yes, we offer gift cards for purchase in ten different values. Gift cards purchased online are delivered as e-gift cards via email, which can be forwarded to the recipient of your choice or printed out. You can find more information about gift cards here. Please note that physical gift cards are only available for purchase in-person at Blue Owl.

BOW Points

What are BOW Points? Blue Owl rewards repeat customers with Blue Owl Workshop (BOW) Points. BOW Points are accumulated on a per-order basis at a rate of 10 points for every $100 of the pre-shipping, pre-tax subtotal of the order. BOW Points can be redeemed on full-price items to get a $1 discount for every point spent.
How do I use my BOW Points? In your cart, find the Special Instructions box and simply write “Apply BOW Points” prior to checking out. Your order will be processed for the full amount and refunded the difference upon applying your BOW Points. If your BOW Point balance is enough to cover the entirety of your order, your method of payment will not be charged.
Can you tell me how many BOW Points I have? You can check your BOW Points balance at any time on the "My Account" page when logged in to your Blue Owl account. If you are unsure how to access your account, simply contact our Customer Service team here.
When can I not use BOW Points? Points cannot be used on discounted items, shipping, services, taxes, or in combination with any other discount or promotional code. Orders which redeem BOW Points do not earn BOW Points on the purchase. BOW Points cannot be redeemed for cash and have no monetary value.
When do my BOW Points expire? BOW Points have no expiration date and will continue to accumulate until they are spent.

Returns

How do I make a return? Navigate to our returns page and submit a return request.
The item I ordered didn’t fit. Can I exchange for a different size? Size exchanges are welcome as long as we have your desired size in stock. Please submit a request on our returns page
I received the wrong item. What should I do? Please send us an email at service@blueowl.us and explain the error. We will do our best to rectify the error in a timely manner.
I bought this product from another store. Can I return it at Blue Owl? No, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from other retailers.
What is your return policy? Blue Owl does not offer refunds under any circumstance. Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only.

Returns must arrive back to Blue Owl within 21 days of when the items were shipped to the recipient. To return any item you must contact Blue Owl within 5 days of receiving the shipment for return authorization.

Items returned to Blue Owl must have their original tags and must be free of wear, wash, damage, odor, or any other condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.

Items sold at discount are final sale and are not subject to return. Items ordered by special request, such as pre-orders or items not regularly carried by Blue Owl are not subject to return.

Underwear, socks, swimwear, and any type of undergarment are final sale and are not subject to return. Denim that has been hemmed, soaked, or altered in any way, even if done through Blue Owl, are not subject to return. Boots and shoes shipped outside of the USA are final sale and are not subject to return.
