• Samurai's "Benkei" selvedge denim is one of the Osaka-based brand's most unique offerings to date. Through careful manipulation of vintage shuttle looms combined with high-twist slub yarns, Samurai achieves an intensely irregular surface texture at a balanced 17oz wegiht. The jeans are packed with details referencing the brand's traditional warrior ethos, including raised belt loops, hidden back pocket rivets, and a special-edition natural leather patch depicting the legendary warrior monk Saitō Musashibō Benkei, from whom the denim takes its name.
