  • The 400P denim is a reproduction based on early 1900s cinch back jeans. To achieve a period-correct texture and feel Pherrow's uses a combination of extra long-staple Mongolian cotton and short-staple American cotton yarns. The jeans are rinse treated to remove shrinkage and soften the fabric. Finished with a cinch-back adjuster, custom hardware, and linen-cloth rear patch.

  • With roots in near-identical reproductions of timeless American styles, founder Masahiro Shimura established Pherrow's in the early '90s as a pioneer in the "Ametora" (American- Traditional) scene often found on the streets of Harajuku. Since it's 1991 conception, Pherrow's has transformed, keeping their soul in classic Japanese-Americana, however, not limiting themselves to the conformity of carbon-copy reproduction. Creating garments beyond vintage with the desire to "make what they want", Pherrow's lends a whimsical take on classic styles.

Further expanding their collection to include vintage-inspired graphics, shirting, and fabrics, Pherrow's still continues to make iconic Ivy-league and workwear-inspired silhouettes more than 25 years later.
