• The Real McCoy's faithfully reproduces the original Type I U.S. Army Fatigue Trouser. Introduced in the mid-1950s and issued throughout the Vietnam War, the fatigue trousers later became an icon of military surplus style and 1960s counterculture. Drawing directly from original 1950s military garments, The Real McCoy's custom-develops a cotton sateen that recreates the look, feel, and durability of the original fabric. Cut in a high-rise straight leg fit, the trousers are finished with painted urea buttons, adjustable waist tabs, and period-correct cotton thread construction.
