• The Seigaiha Blue Slub Denim draws inspiration from Japan's Seigaiha motif, a geometric pattern drawing from Japan's coastal waters. Translating to "blue ocean waves," the motif is recreated through irregular rope-dyed indigo slub yarns varying in both hue and thickness. The denim's warp is woven using lighter indigo extra-slub yarns, with the interior-weft using a darker indigo to create a layered blue reminiscent of Japan's rolling ocean waves. True to Samurai's warrior-ethos, the jeans come finished with symbolic details referencing the brand's Japanese heritage and heavy-duty construction.
