• Made in celebration of the brand's 45th Anniversary, Studio D'Artisans presents the Kaki-Kyoku Type-2 selvedge denim jacket. Woven with an emphasis on texture, SDA's "Super Slub" fabric is constructed using nep-textured No. 6 warp yarns and No. 5 “Super Slub” weft yarns. The denim’s amber-brown hue comes from Kakishibu, a traditional Japanese dye made from fermented persimmon tannins. Cut in a modified Type-2 silhouette, the jacket features two large chest pockets, custom hardware, and a special-edition leather patch. The finished garment is rinsed to minimize shrinkage.
