  • The L-2B Jacket is among the first "modern" flight jackets, introducing nylon as the optimal fabric choice through extensive testing by the U.S. Aero Medical Laboratory. As the successor to the L-2A, the L-2B saw several improvements over its predecessor. The jacket is detailed with a champagne gold rayon liner, snap-flap pockets, and nylon-wool ribbing. The Real McCoy's L-2B is constructed from a custom-produced nylon, developed to authentically replicate the durability, texture, and weight of the original 1950s material.
