Inspired by "hikeshi banten" or traditional Japanese firefighter uniforms, Japan Blue's 11oz sashiko fabric is woven with thick sashiko threads on a sturdy cotton base. The fabric is rope dyed indigo for a rich hue that will continue to fade with time. Japan Blue's Wide Tapered fit features a high rise, roomy thigh, and slight taper throughout the leg.
