Product Specialist (Full Time)

Blue Owl is searching for an outgoing Product Specialist to join the team at our Seattle headquarters. The Product Specialist must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, provide customers with accurate product information, and work as part of the Blue Owl team to ensure visitors continue to receive a rewarding shopping experience at the Seattle flagship store. The ideal candidate is knowledgable about Blue Owl’s products and works well individually and within small teams. The candidate must bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn with them to the office each day.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone eager to learn and grow within Blue Owl. The current average employee tenure on staff is over six years, with most employees starting as Product Specialists and growing into their respective roles. Blue Owl is a small team with a unique company culture. As such, this role may be asked to occasionally perform duties outside of the job’s regular responsibilities.

This role is a Full Time in-person position at Blue Owl’s Seattle retail store. The schedule for this role is Friday-Tuesday, 10am-6pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with a friendly and informative in-store experience
  • Assist customers in locating merchandise and tailoring the shopping experience to their specific needs
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge
  • Replenish in-store inventory as needed
  • Keep store clean and organized

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role (apparel industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Keen interest in men's fashion, particularly denim and/or Japanese designers
  • Strong work ethic with excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs up two flights of stairs
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within Blue Owl
  • Ability to work advertised schedule for this role

Salary Range: $44,304 - $47,340 DOE
