• Roasted in Seattle exclusively for Blue Owl, our second run of coffee by Fundamental Coffee Co. explores the rare and exotic variety of Geisha coffee. With origins in Panama, Geisha coffee is widely regarded as the rarest coffee in the world. These beans come from a high altitude plot on the San Isidro Chacaya farm, perfectly situated above Guatemala’s Lake Atitlan. Roasted slightly lighter than it's predecessor, the cup offers a set of complex floral aromas including jasmine, lavender, and gardenia, with a flavor reminiscent of delicate black tea and orange blossoms.
