• Studio D'artisan's 15oz GL3 fabric is woven on original Toyoda power looms from the 1950s. While the loom can only weave 5 meters of fabric per hour, it creates a unique and uneven roughness which cannot be replicated though modern production methods. The Ecru GL3 denim captures the natural state of the cotton featuring natural undyed yarns at the warp and weft. Treated with an in-house rinse process enhancing the fabric's texture and eliminating shrinkage.
