The loafer's namesake comes from the hand-stitched roll of leather that is formed at the junction of the penny strap and the vamp - a technique that both secures the upper while highlighting the shoe's handcrafted nature. This iteration is cut from a rich tumbled cowhide leather with a hand that is both thick yet pliable. Built using traditional moccasin techniques, each pair features a fully resolable Vibram camp sole for durability and longevity. Made in small batches and hand-stitched by skilled craftspeople in the brand's Maine workshop.
